Delete your account

In the app

Sign in and delete the account yourself; it takes effect at once.

• Web, at app.spindletrack.com: Account, then Delete my account.
• Android and iPhone: Settings, then Delete Account.
• Mac: Settings, Account, then Delete Account.

Before deleting, you can download everything you tracked with Download your data under Account on the web.

By email

If you can't sign in, write to hello@threennovate.com from the address of your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm it's you, delete the account and reply within one month.

What is deleted

• Your name, email, password, passkeys, signed-in devices and agent activity.
• Workspaces only you used, with everything in them.
• In workspaces you share with others, your time stays for the team's reports under the name "Deleted user". A workspace whose only admin you are needs another admin first.

Deleted data leaves our backups as they expire. The privacy policy says how long they are kept.

This is about Spindle Cloud. On a server someone else runs, such as your company's, ask its owner.
