What to include

• The device and its system version, such as an iPhone with iOS 26 or a Mac with macOS 26.
• The app's version. On iPhone it is at the foot of Settings; on Mac, in Settings.
• What happened, what you expected instead, and the steps that lead to it. A screenshot helps.
• The email address of your Spindle account, if the question is about it. Never send your password.

Delete your account

In the iPhone and Android apps, open Settings, then Delete Account. Delete your account says how on the web and the Mac, how to ask by email if you can't sign in, and what is deleted.

Privacy

The privacy policy says what Spindle keeps about you, why, where and for how long. The terms are the agreement for using Spindle Cloud.
